Rod oversees Client Services, US Operations, Corporate Quality and Application Development and serves as the organizations' chief client advocate. With a team of highly qualified operations personnel, account managers, coordinators, programmers, script developers, production technicians and executives, he is responsible for all client relationships. Formerly, he served as Senior Vice President of Client Services. Prior to joining Epixtar, Rod was Vice President of Client Services and Compliance for Innovative Marketing Strategies. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Rod brings over 20 years of successful direct marketing experience to his position from both the financial services and contact center industries. |
