Rod's career spans 32 years of managing global enterprises, ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar enterprises. Most recently McGeary was co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Brience, Inc., a mobile software company. Prior to joining Brience in 2000, McGeary served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-President of KPMG Consulting Inc., now BearingPoint, Inc. During his tenure at KPMG Consulting, McGeary helped build the business from $500 million to $2.5 billion in revenue and was responsible for launching strategic relationships with Qwest, Cisco and Microsoft. From 1996 to 1998 McGeary was employed by KMPG LLP as Vice Chairman of Consulting. Prior to 1996, Mr. McGeary served in several capacities with KPMG LLP including audit partner for technology clients. McGeary is also serves on the board of directors for Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) a worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, BearingPoint, Inc.( NYSE:BE) one of the world's largest business consulting and systems integration firms, DigitalThink, Inc. (NASDAQ: DTHK) , an e-learning company, and GRIC Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRIC), a provider of Internet-based mobile office communications solutions. |
