Mr. Quinn joined Great Southwestern Construction in January 1994 as a Project Manager. He was promoted to Project Developer in 1999 and again to Operations Manager in May of 2002. Mr. Quinn is responsible for all field operations related to substation projects. This includes the coordination and management of equipment, tools, material and labor. He reviews and analyzes job cost, daily construction reports, unit production and manpower usage to obtain optimum results on each project. Mr. Quinn has served the industry since 1970. During this time, he has worked in a number of roles, from Groundman, Lineman, Job Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Developer, and now as Operations Manager. He continually demonstrates a diversity of skills whether working in the office or in the field. His reputation for quality is well known throughout the industry. |
