Rodica Schileru is the Founder & CEO of Vergics Corporation. Rodica (Row-Deeka) has developed a patent approved software technology for Inverse Virtual Reality (IVR). Vergics' IVR software converts any real or conceptual environment into an immersing virtual experience, the closest thing to "being there". Throughout her career, Rodica has demonstrated a record of accomplishment in software development, with numerous achievements in the areas of computer graphics and multimedia. Providing leading-edge design for 3D visualization at Cemax-Icon vaulted them to a premier position in the medical visualization software market. With an extensive career in engineering at Lockheed, she developed advanced graphics software for flight and battlefield simulations. Rodica's 3D visualizations have been featured at Siggraph, images produced with her software algorithms have been published in Life Magazine and are part of the permanent collection of Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry. Her 3D visualization software has been used by paleontologist Jack Horner (technical advisor for Jurassic Park) in reconstructing images of dinosaur fossils. Rodica holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the highly regarded computer graphics program at Georgia Tech.
