Rodrigo Fonseca is a Vice President focused on buyout investment opportunities. He is based in Mexico City.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Fonseca was a Director at Merrill Lynch & Co (New York / Mexico City) where he was responsible for relationships and origination of transactions with Mexican clients. He worked across product groups including M&A, equity and debt. Prior to that, Mr. Fonseca was a Vice President at GE Capital in New York. He was responsible for the execution of structured finance transactions with a focus on infrastructure (energy, ports, water and telecom). Before that, he served as a Business Analyst with McKinsey & Co. where he worked on strategic advisory projects.
Mr. Fonseca received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. in industrial engineering from the Universidad An�huac. |
