Roger A. Cregg joined Pulte Homes, Inc. in January 1998 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cregg was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2003. In his position, he is responsible for the Company�s accounting, treasury, tax, information systems, investor relations, international operations, and related activities associated with Pulte Homes� day-to-day operations and long-term strategic objectives.
During his tenure, Mr. Cregg was instrumental in the acquisition and integration of Del Webb, creating the largest homebuilder in the industry. He is also responsible for development of a series of initiatives designed to improve the Company�s financial performance and help it realize greater benefit from Pulte�s position as one of the nation�s largest builders.
Prior to joining Pulte, Mr. Cregg was Executive Vice President and CFO of Zenith Electronics Corporation, where he was responsible for all financial activities, including treasury, corporate controller�s office and strategic planning. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of Sweetheart Cup Company and has held various financial positions with Continental Can Company.
Mr. Cregg earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northeastern University. He served as Chairman of the Board in 2006 of the Detroit Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Mr. Cregg has served on the seven-member board of the Detroit Branch since 2004. He also joined the board of directors of Comerica Incorporated in 2006. |
