Roger A. Derse has been our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2004. Mr. Derse has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience. He previously served as Consultant/ Acting CFO for Vitron Manufacturing from 2002 through February 2004 and was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer for Nanonics Corporation from 1998 to 2001. He was Chief Financial Officer for the White Microelectronics Division of Bowmar Instrument Corporation from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Derse holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Masters in Accounting from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
