Roger is a seasoned sales and marketing executive who brings a wealth of leadership experience to this role. Roger has over 20 years experience with a strong specialty focus in Urology Central Nervous System Disorders Analgesia and Anti-Infective with large and small companies. Most recently he was the Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales with the Adolor Corporation in Exton PA. While there he was responsible for leading the commercial organization's pre-launch preparation for a breakthrough product in post-operative ileus and chronic opioid bowel dysfunction. Before working at Adolor Roger held senior marketing and sales positions at Yamanouchi Pharma America where he had full responsibility for U.S. commercial operations for this emerging Japanese pharmaceutical company and at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceuticals a division of Johnson and Johnson where he had leadership responsibility for 2 300 primary care specialty and hospital sales and marketing associates.
Roger is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Seton Hall University.
