Roger D. Turner is the head of the Real Estate Group at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Roger's clients include a number of major real estate investment funds and their sponsors, including Morgan Stanley, O�Connor Capital Partners, Westbrook Partners and Tishman Speyer Properties, as well as other more traditional real estate clients.
Roger handles a large volume of transactional work that includes large-scale real estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and complex financing transactions as well as public and private corporate mergers and acquisitions. His practice is highly diverse geographically, spanning all of the U.S. and parts of Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe and Asia.
Roger was born in Madison, Indiana. He joined Cravath in 1976 and became a partner in 1983.
