Roger Grippe is the Production Manager at Graphic Printing Services, Inc. He works closely with the Customer Service team to plan and schedule print projects as well as monitor the workflow through the entire production process. Grippe�s single focus is to see that our customers get exactly what they want, when they want it. Exceeding customer expectations is his passion. In a career spanning over 20 years, Roger has developed his skills through experience in a wide variety of positions in the trade. He has served the industry in various organizations, including management-level positions in Prepress, Press/Bindery, and staff-level positions in Scheduling, Quality Assurance, and Training. This broad background in the printing industry has prepared him to be a customer-focused Production Manager who stops at nothing to meet customer needs. Daily, Roger assembles our Client Services department in a production meeting where each individual client�s printing project is reviewed to ensure it is progressing through the manufacturing process as planned. Potential problems are discovered and avoided as a result of his leadership so that our customers will receive exactly what they envision. Grippe, a graduate of State University of New York at Oswego, holds a graduate degree in Technology Education from Clemson University. He recently completed the Professional Management Development course offered by the Bryan School of Business and Economics at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. |
