Roger F. Thomson has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary since June 1996. Mr. Thomson joined the Company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in 1993 and was promoted to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in 1994.
