Mr. Stebbing has been a director since 1992. Mr. Stebbing is President and Chief Executive Officer of Stebbing and Associates Inc. an engineering consulting company and has served in such capacities since 1986. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Marlboro Enterprises Inc. a company engaged in chemical plant engineering design construction and operation for many years until the sale of that company in September 1999 and continued to serve as an employee of Marlboro Enterprises Inc. until September 2001. Mr. Stebbing is a licensed professional engineer and has a BSC honors degree in Chemical Engineering from Salford University. |
