Roger G. Brooks is a partner in the Firm�s Litigation Department, where his practice is weighted towards intellectual property issues ranging from computer hardware and software to biotechnology to trademarks. In addition, his practice encompasses a wide range of corporate litigation matters, including areas of securities fraud, commercial contract disputes and antitrust.
Roger is from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He joined Cravath in 1988. In 1992, Roger left to attend seminary and received an M. Div. from Regent College Seminary in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1995. He returned to Cravath in 1995 and became a partner in 1999.
