Roger has over thirty years of experience in public accounting, and is the managing partner of OUM. He has extensive experience in tax planning for high net worth/high income individuals, compliance, and representation before the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities. He has supervised accounting, consulting and tax engagements for clients that include businesses large and small, public and private, in the fields of retailing, wholesaling, manufacturing, professional services, finance, farming, real estate, and food services. Prior to his co-founding our firm, Roger was a tax manager at Price Waterhouse, where he specialized in providing various tax-related professional services to growth-oriented companies, individuals, and large public companies. He has been an instructor for California State University at San Francisco, the California CPA Education Foundation and Price Waterhouse Continuing Education Programs. |
