Roger H. Moore has been a director of WD since June 2000. Mr. Moore served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Illuminet Holdings Inc. a provider of network database and billing services to the communications industry from January 1996 until it was acquired by Verisign Inc. in December 2001. He was a member of Illuminet's Board of Directors from July 1998 until December 2001. From September 1998 to October 1998 he served as President Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of VINA Technologies Inc. a telecommunications equipment company. Mr. Moore holds a BS degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is also a director of Arbinet-thexchange Inc. Consolidated Communications Holdings Inc. Tut Systems Inc. and VeriSign Inc. |
