Mr. Wood is co-founder of Wood Warren and has spent over 25 years in investment banking and corporate finance. His experience includes completion of a wide variety of investment banking transactions including public and private equity and debt offerings, initial public offerings, merger and acquisition transactions and corporate advisory assignments. Mr. Wood has advised companies ranging from those in the start-up phase to some of the largest domestic corporations. From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Wood was Managing Director of Shearson Lehman Brothers, Inc., in charge of the San Francisco regional office which had responsibility for the firm's corporate finance activities in Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Mountain States. From 1978 to 1986, he was Vice President and shareholder at Kidder, Peabody & Company in charge of that firm's corporate finance group on the West Coast. From 1969 to 1978, he was Vice President in the investment banking group at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. in New York City. Mr. Wood served as an aviation officer in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He is a graduate of the University of Utah and holds an MBA in finance from New York University |
