Roger, an accredited banking veteran with over 30 years of industry experience, joined Pacific Continental Bank in 2003 as Chief Credit Officer. In 2006, Roger became President of Pacific Continental Bank. Prior to joining PCB, Roger spent a distinguished 25-year career with US Bank where he was responsible for policy, credit risk analysis, credit systems and regulatory relations for a twenty-four state region. Roger holds a master�s degree from Harvard University and is a graduate of the Harvard/MIT executive negotiation curriculum. Active in several local civic organizations, he currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Port of Portland�s Mentor Prot�g�e program. In his spare time, Roger enjoys fly fishing, writing and painting.Roger joined Pacific Continental Bank in 2003. Prior to his employment with Pacific Continental, Roger served in a variety of credit and commercial lending positions during his 25-year career with US Bank. During his tenure with US Bank, he served as senior vice president and manager of US Bancorp's portfolio risk administration.
