Roger S. Manny, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined the Company in October 2003. Previously, Mr. Manny served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Matador Petroleum Corporation. Before joining Matador in 1998, Mr. Manny spent 18 years at Bank of America and its predecessors where he served as Senior Vice President in the energy group. Mr. Manny holds a bachelor�s degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston and a master�s degree in Business Administration from Houston Baptist University. |
