Roger W. Anderson is the senior executive account manager (SEAM) for Intelligence Community Growth, Government Communications Systems (GCS). In this capacity, he reports to the vice president of Strategic Management and Business Development. As the SEAM for Intelligence Community Growth, Mr. Anderson is responsible for a key subset of Harris� intelligence community customers. In this role, he ensures that all of Harris� capabilities are effectively applied to customer mission needs. He is also tasked to stay abreast of all key customer mission trends and critical procurements. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Anderson was a senior advanced programs engineer assigned to lead a team pursuing a large, competitive contract. Before joining Harris in 2006, Mr. Anderson was executive vice president and general manager of Mnemonics, Inc., a private defense electronics firm. Mr. Anderson retired as a senior executive from the Central Intelligence Agency in 2002 after 15 years of service. Mr. Anderson has a bachelor of science degree in physics from the University of Kentucky and a master of science degree in physics from Georgia Tech. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
