Mr. Barata has significant experience in strategic planning (integrated operations, supply chain and financial assessment), site master planning, Lean system migration, project management, construction, system start-up, process improvement, material handling, packaging, site logistics, and plant design in general manufacturing. Mr. Barata is largely sought after for his expertise in strategic to tactical planning, system integration, packaging and process design, which includes inventory control systems, process design, equipment layout, and warehouse design and construction.
