Roger Graham, vice president-operations, is a resident of California. He has been employed by the Company since January 2001. He began as a technical and laboratory assistant, working with company scientists and outside scientific consultants, and over the years he steadily assumed increasing responsibilities. He was appointed vice president - operations in 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Graham was a building, equipment, and mechanical supervisor at a commercial bakery. |
