Roger Lessman is the new Managing Partner for Three Sisters Mountain Village. He has recently moved to Canmore from Lake Tahoe. He has been the Managing Partner at East West Partners Tahoe since its inception in 1999. Roger has extensive mountain resort management and real estate experience in several states, including, Colorado, Utah, Idaho and Vermont. Before joining East West Partners, Roger�s experience included serving as Vice President and General Manager at Beaver Creek in Colorado during the initial development of that resort. He played an important role in the development and operation of the Beaver Creek Resort for Vail Associates, Inc. Roger also served as Managing Partner of Transmontane Development Company and its affiliates in Grand Junction, Colorado and President and CEO of Sugarbrush Ski Resort in Vermont. He is a Kansas native, and an aeronautical engineer. In addition to his East West Partners responsibilities, he owns a racing car business that focuses on setting world land speed records using alternative fuels. |
