With over 13 years of work as a manager, organizational development consultant and executive coach, Roger brings extensive experience and value to his work with clients. As a skilled leader and consultant, Roger has successfully led significant efforts around sales force and leadership development, organizational restructuring, change management, selection, performance management, executive coaching, as well as the design, development, and implementation of individual and organizational sales and leadership needs analysis instruments. Professional Background
Prior to joining Linkage, Roger worked as a senior consultant with Wilson Learning International, a premier organizational development and sales and leadership development firm. Roger has worked to build integrated human resource systems that align organizational talent with organizational strategy. Roger's international work has been presented at national conferences, and continues to drive talent management systems for several large international organizations.
Roger holds a Master's of Science from California State University - San Bernardino, and a Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with an emphasis in Business Management. In addition, Roger holds the role of VP - Chapter Meetings with SHRM - Atlanta, one of the largest SHRM chapters in the world. Roger is also a member of the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and ASTD.
