Ron Branstetter, President and COO is a co-founder of Seno Medical Instruments, Inc. Previously he was the president and COO of Colin Medical Instruments (CMI), a medical device company, where he held full responsibility for company performance. While leading CMI, he designed and commercialized four families of patient-monitoring products, set up and managed all manufacturing functions, including establishing GMP procedures, hosted FDA inspections and created the engineering department.
Prior to Colin Medical, Mr. Branstetter was the manager of the bioengineering section of Southwest Research Institute (SwRI), San Antonio, TX, an independent, non-profit contract research and development organization with approximately 2,600 employees. At SRI he led the creation of system concepts and designs, and developed over a half dozen medical device products. Mr. Branstetter holds nine patents and is actively pursuing new patents for Seno Medical Instruments. |
