Ron Farmer began his second term as an EWEB commissioner in January 2007. He has represented Eugene Wards 4 & 5 since July 2002 and served as the board president in 2005.
Ron focuses on strong planning for the future. He is committed to assuring excellent reliability and quality of the electric and water supply, while providing it to ratepayers at a reasonable cost.
He has worked in banking for 27 years. Headquartered in Eugene, Ron is the Regional President of Bank of America.
In addition to EWEB, his community service currently includes the Womenspace Advisory Board, the Looking Glass Board and the University of Oregon Alumni Association Executive Board.
