Mr. Krubeck leverages over 20 years of software industry engineering management experience to lead the Stratavia research and development teams. Mr. Krubeck began his career at Ingres, after which he joined Sybase where, as employee #18, he was part of the core team that took the company s first ideas to market as shipping product. He later became responsible for all of Sybase's user interface and application development products. Mr. Krubeck then co-founded Requisite Inc., maker of the requirements management software, RequisitePro. As Executive Vice President, Mr. Krubeck was responsible for all technology at Requisite and helped lead them to a market leading position and eventual sale of the company to Rational Software Corporation. Mr. Krubeck went on to help lead Rational s Requirements Management Business Unit and served as one of five Principle Rational Architects. He obtained a BA in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from The University of Colorado.
