Mr. Oxley served as President and General Manager of L-3 Communications Analytics Corp and of Emergent Information Technologies
Successfully integrated five acquisitions and divested commercial sector operations
Boosted revenue through increasing revenues and win-rates, improving utilization and achieving significant cost reductions
Before joining Emergent, Mr. Oxley spent four years at Litton PRC, where he held a series of senior level marketing positions
Mr. Oxley served the U.S. Government as an executive for 28 years.
Held positions in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense
Most recent 11 years were as a Senior Executive at OSD, with responsibilities that included development and implementation of a defense-wide plan for C4ISR, re-engineering, and downsizing of major processes and activities, and establishing a C2 infrastructure which permits inter-operability
