Dr. Pratt joined IEC in 1993 as Process Engineer, Soldering Specialist and has served in various engineering and technical management positions with the company. He has publishing credits that include several soldering-related research articles and is a recognized expert in soldering technology and design for manufacturability. Dr. Pratt leads IEC's Design Engineering Team and oversees the Advanced Materials Technology Laboratory and company Technology Roadmap. He has a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Rochester and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. |
