Ron Ugarte joined The Metier Group following a career in consumer goods management. He conducts searches for talented sales and marketing leaders at all levels, primarily for consumer product companies.
Earlier in his career, Ron was the National Sales Manager at the Stella D�Oro Cookie Company. He also held leadership positions with the Nabisco Biscuit Company (Kraft) and Frito-Lay. Ron has functional experience in general management, sales leadership, sales strategy and communications, e-commerce, and channel marketing.
Ron earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Kean University. |
