Mr. Lyon has over twenty years expertise in pharmacy benefits management managed care hospital pharmacy disease management consulting and business development. He most recently functioned as National Pharmacy Practice Leader for Towers Perrin a leading management consulting firm where he established relationships with the leadership of numerous Fortune 1000 health plan and pharmaceutical companies.
From 1987-1991 Mr. Lyon was Pharmacy Director for Cigna Healthplan of Florida followed by nine years with Pharmaceutical Care Network where he developed their MedIntelligence product suite. Thereafter Ron was Vice President Pharmacy for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Richmond VA where he developed programs to measurably enhance physician prescribing patterns and drug cost trends.
