Ron Waldorf is the inventor of the eye tracking and digital image processing technologies that underlies the products of both the IntelliNetx and VisioNetx divisions of AcuNetx. Mr. Waldorf was the founder and Chairman, and later CEO, of Eye Dynamics, Inc., the predecessor company to AcuNetx. He has published numerous articles on vestibular and optokinetic research in international scientific and medical journals and was the principal investigator in a research grant funded by the National Institute of Health/National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIH/NIAAA). Since 1981 he has acted as a consultant to clinics and hospitals in the Los Angeles area, including the House Ear Clinic. He has also consulted to a Japanese company developing new technologies for eye movement detection. In 1972, Mr. Waldorf earned an M.S. from the Department of Physiology of the College of Medicine, University of Florida. |
