Mr. Milch has over 40 years leadership experience in healthcare management. He has recently retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of Combined Coordinating Council, Inc., New York City, the risk management advisor to seven New York City hospitals which participate in the CCC program of insurance, self-insurance, claims and risk management. His thirty years of hospital administration include serving as President and CEO of Brookdale Hospital and Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York; CEO of Bellevue Hospital Center in New York; and CEO of Beth Israel Hospital, Passaic, New Jersey. Mr. Milch has held senior administrative positions at Montefiore Hospital Medical Center, Bronx, New York and the University of North Carolina Medical School, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bergen Regional Medical Center, Paramus, New Jersey and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Managers, Jersey City Medical Center, and Jersey City, New Jersey. Mr. Milch is a Fellow and Former Regent of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has served and continues to serve on various hospital and community boards. Mr. Milch is currently acting as a consultant to CCC, Inc. and the Robert Wood Johnson Health Network, New Brunswick, New Jersey. He has held offices at the GNYHA, Chairman of the NJHA and a member of the House of Delegates of the American Hospital Association. |
