Mr. Martin began his banking career in 1977 with River City Bank in Sacramento. Prior to joining Oak Valley Community Bank , Mr. Martin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Butte Savings and Loans Association in Chico. Mr. Martin has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Arizona.
