Ron has substantial experience representing and advising real estate developers, brokers, lenders, and commercial and residential buyers and sellers. He is a member of the Real Property Committee of the Real Estate Section of the Iowa Bar, has presented on real estate and development topics at continuing education seminars sponsored by the Iowa State Bar Association and private seminar providers, and is authorized to issue title policies by the Iowa Title Guaranty Program. Ron taught at the secondary and post-secondary levels before entering law school, and is currently an adjunct instructor at Central College in Pella, Iowa. As a law student, Ron served as a case editor on the Moot Court Board, as articles editor for the Journal of Corporation Law, and as research assistant for Professor Arthur Bonfield. He also represented the law school in intercollegiate appellate advocacy competition, received the CJS Award for having the highest grade in Property II, and also had the highest grade in Administrative Law. |
