Ronald F. Emma is Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Hill International. In this capacity Mr. Emma's primary responsibilities include the management of internal financial control and planning. With his experience in construction cost analysis and auditing Mr. Emma also participates as a consultant for Hill International Inc. His consulting includes defending against a $13 million claim on the construction of a wastewater treatment plant. Mr. Emma also provided auditing and claims analysis and testified against a claim on the construction of a major metropolitan transit system.
Prior to joining Hill Mr. Emma was the Assistant Controller of General Energy Resources Inc. a holding company for seven mechanical contracting companies specializing in power piping. In this capacity he was involved in the management of all financial areas including financial planning cash control and current operating results. In addition Mr. Emma was a Staff Accountant for Deloitte Haskins & Sells Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Emma has a B.S. in accounting from St. Joseph's University. He is a Certified Public Accountant certified by the State of New Jersey. Mr. Emma also is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
