Ronald J. Buck is co-founder and Managing Principal of Corsair Partners, LLC and the investment manager of Corsair Special Situations Fund, L.P., both of which are investment firms specializing in investing in distressed and illiquid securities. Corsair Special Situations Fund, L.P. is one of our debt holders. See Item 13 Certain Relationships and Related Transactions. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Buck was a bond analyst in Standard and Poor�s retail and restaurant group. Mr. Buck served in various positions in Chase Manhattan Bank from 1989 to 1995, and in the last three years as a Vice President in the Recovery and Restructuring Department. Mr. Buck is a member of our Board�s Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. |
