Ronald K. Aderhold joined Cleveland-Cliffs in April 2006 as chief information officer. Most recently, Mr. Aderhold served as group information technology director for Avery Dennison, where he led a seven-country cross-divisional information technology team. Prior to that, he was vice president and chief information officer of OEConnection, a provider of E-business applications to automobile dealerships, and senior vice president of internet and electronic commerce strategies & technologies for National City Corporation. He also served for seven years in the U.S. Air Force as director of information services in the United States and Korea.
Mr. Aderhold earned his Bachelor of Science in electronic management from Southern Illinois University. He is a member of Case Western Reserve University�s E-Commerce advisory board and the Society of Information Management advisory board, and serves as a delegate on the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association and the State of Ohio Electronic Commerce Taskforce. He is also a member of the Global Concepts Financial Services Internet Forum and CIO�s X-Net Consortium.
