Dr. Casey was the first hospitalist to join the company when HMG began its national expansion with the growth of the hospitalist movement. He works collaboratively with the Chief Operating Office and the HMG Medical leadership in developing the clinical services at all new HMG hospitalist sites. As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Casey oversees the clinical practice of all HMG hospitalists, leads the Quality Management Department at HMG, helps develop the numerous clinical care guidelines for HMG and assists the Legal Department with risk management issues.
Dr. Casey is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. After receiving his Doctorate of Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia, he completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. |
