Mr. Kuehn was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sonat Inc. (an oil and natural gas company) from 1986 until its merger with El Paso Corporation in 1999. He served as Chairman of El Paso Corporation through 2000, as its Lead Director in 2002 and 2003, and as interim Chief Executive Officer from March through August 2003.
Mr. Kuehn is also a director of Dun and Bradstreet Corporation. |
