Ronald L. Schubel, age 63, has been a Director of the Company since June 2002. Mr. Schubel is Corporate Executive Vice President and President of the Americas Region for Molex Incorporated, a global manufacturer of interconnect systems. He began his career with Molex in 1981, spending four years in
Singapore as President of the Far East South Region. Prior to joining Molex, Mr. Schubel worked for General Motors for 15 years. His last position with General Motors was Director of Operations for the Packard Electronics Division. Mr. Schubel has been determined by the Board to be "independent" under NASDAQ
