Ronald L. Peckham, P.E., senior vice president, has been with C&S for 20 years and oversees the Airports, QuieterHome�, and Highway/Bridge groups, and C&S Operations. During his 26-year career, Peckham�s responsibilities have included planning, engineering, project management and construction management projects with a construction value more than $300 million. This work has involved infrastructure, transportation, facility, forensic and other civil engineering assignments. Peckham has focused on transportation-related projects, during the past fourteen years at C&S. Under his leadership, the four market-focused service groups that he is responsible for have consistently expanded their geographic service area and now serve clients nationwide. In addition, Peckham has been actively involved in new business development since 1981. He has served as the firm�s marketing director, principal-in-charge of Marketing, and presently is responsible for visioning and implementing the firm�s e-business strategy. Peckham also provided leadership for the C&S Companies� five-year strategic plan. Peckham is very involved with a number of community organizations. He serves as a member of the board of directors of the Rescue Mission, the American Heart Association Corporate Support Committee, and is a Young Life Committee member. He is an adjunct faculty member for the Advanced Management Institute, a national leadership training organization, a member of the Airport Consultants Council Training Institute committee, and a former member of Clarkson University Engineering Advisory Board. He has a bachelor�s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Clarkson University and is a professional engineer in sixteen states. Ron has been married for 29 years to his wife, Margaret, who is a sixth grade teacher. He is the father of three children, avid snow and water skier and wilderness camper. He resides in Liverpool. |
