Ron specializes in federal and state taxation, with an emphasis on closely-held businesses and investment partnerships. Mr. Upchurch belongs to the American Institute of CPAs, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, and the Chattanooga Tax Practitioners. Mr. Upchurch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, and is a CPA in Tennessee.
