Ronald Cami is a partner in the Firm�s Corporate Department. Ron�s diverse practice encompasses leveraged financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate representation for a variety of corporate and financial institution clients. Ron also represents several private equity funds and their portfolio companies in acquisition and financing transactions.
Ron was born in the Bronx, New York. Following graduation, Ron served in a clerkship for Hon. Kevin Thomas Duffy (U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York), during which time Judge Duffy presided over the first World Trade Center bombing case. Ron joined Cravath in 1994. As a Cravath associate, Ron spent 16 months working in Cravath�s London office. He became a partner in 2001.
