Ronald James, 56, has been a director since May 2004. Since 2000, he has served as president and chief executive officer of the Center for Ethical Business Cultures in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which assists business leaders in building ethical and profitable business cultures at the enterprise, community and global levels. From 1996 to 1998, he was president and chief executive officer of the Human Resources Group, a division of Ceridian Corporation in Minneapolis. From 1971 to 1996, he was employed by U.S. West Communications, Inc. (now Qwest), most recently serving as Minnesota�s top executive officer. He serves on the boards of Tamarack Funds, an investment fund of RBC Dain Rauscher, Inc.; Bremer Financial Corporation; and Allina Hospitals and Clinics. Finally, Mr. James serves on the boards of the Greater Twin Cities United Way, the Travelers Foundation and the Guthrie Theater. |
