Ronald Singh is involved in a variety of commercial and securities litigation matters at the firm. He is an active member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, a member of the Business Law section of the American Bar Association and sits on the Securities Regulation Committee of the New York State Bar Association.Ronald serves as pro bono counsel for the Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project of the City Bar Justice Center where he assists micro-entrepreneurs with issues related to business structure, tax law, commercial lease negotiations and employment contracts.
