Ronen Faier, Chief Financial Officer Ronen Faier joined eglue as Chief Financial Officer in 2007, bringing with him notable experience in M&As, international taxation, SEC practices and U.S. GAAP. Prior to joining eglue, Ronen served as CFO and held various other financial positions at SanDisk IL (previously known as SanDisk Corp.-acquired msystems). He has also served as Corporate Controller at VocalTec Communications. Mr. Faier holds a Bachelor�s degree in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, as well as an MBA in Information Systems and a BA in Management and Economics from the Tel Aviv University in Israel. He has been a Certified Public Accountant (Israel) since 1996. |
