Rosalie Hopkins, PhD, Founder & CEO
Dr. Hopkins� entire career has been based on finding better ways to educate and train people. She started her career as a high school English teacher and moved on to corporate and industry training, knowing that whatever she had learned from teaching children would certainly apply to adults. Dr. Hopkins received her doctorate in education from the University of Georgia, after earning her masters and undergraduate degrees from the University of Delaware. Her early career included training positions with Texas Instruments and Peachtree Software. She is a veteran developer and implementer of business process systems, including quality management and knowledge transfer systems. Rosalie was a pioneer in computer-based training and later became certified as an ISO 9000 auditor. It was during her ISO training that she recognized the value of communicating processes, procedures, and workflow throughout an organization to ensure maximum performance. In her spare time, you can find Rosalie fishing with her family, or visiting her adopted country, Peru. |
