Audit clients served by Rose Decosimo include public companies, nonprofit organizations, and privately-held businesses, in industries including financial institutions, hospitality and manufacturing.
Ms. Decosimo serves as audit committee chairperson on the boards of the Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation and the Partnership for Families, Children and Adults. Bright School, Youth Leadership Chattanooga and Chickamauga Friends of the Park are also boards on which Ms. Decosimo serves. As a graduate of Leadership Chattanooga, Rose formerly served as an officer of Chattanooga Alumni Association. Prior community service includes working with the United Way of Greater Chattanooga, Signal Mountain Presbyterian Stewardship Committee, the UTC Chancellor�s Roundtable, the Westside Community Development Corporation, the Chattanooga Urban League, the A.I.M. Center, the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera, the Center for Nonprofits, the Mountain City Club, the Baylor School Parent's Council, and the Thrasher Elementary and Signal Mountain Middle School PTAs.
Ms. Decosimo holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is a registered nurse, inactive, and a certified public accountant. |
