Rose Clark Director of Human Resources Rose Clark joined SEI as Director of Human Resources in early 2007. Ms. Clark is responsible for the Human Resources function globally for SEI. This includes employee relations, recruiting, performance management, training and development, and various other Human Resources activities.Ms. Clark has more than 20 years of progressive professional experience. She was previously with Schlumberger Ltd/Camco, an international organization in oil and gas, manufacturing, research, service and technology. Prior to this she was with Republic National Distribution Company, the second largest wholesale distributor of alcoholic beverages in the United States, and earlier with Dell Computers. She has considerable merger and acquisition experience as well as a background in performance management; employee development; succession planning; H.R.I.S./payroll systems design, development and implementation; benefits; compensation; labor law; compliance reporting; and recruiting and staffing.Ms. Clark has a Bachelor in Business Management degree, and she is Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certified. She is an active participant in various Human Resources organizations. |
