Rose Kane joined Berman Larson Kane in February 2000, as a result of the merger of her company, Kane Associates/HRPros, Inc., and Berman & Larson, Inc. Rose has almost three decades of experience in Human Resources, including sixteen years with Tenneco, a Fortune company in New Jersey and Houston. In 1984, Rose established Kane Associates, a permanent placement business for Human Resources professionals which was recognized for its success in Fortune Magazine in 1997. In 1987, Rose found a need for human resources services on a temporary short-term and long-term basis with many of her clients. To provide these services, she formed HRPros, Inc. placing Human Resources professionals on interim assignments. Her clients include major corporations in all industries in the Tri-State area. In addition to building her businesses, Rose found time to be an active member in several HR professional organizations. She is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, with a BS in Business Management.
